a) These terms apply to your registration as a "Host" with Paradise Stays, as well as to the services provided to you as a registered customer ("Client") by Paradise Stays. Your registration with Paradise Stays is subject to the acceptance of these Host Terms in their entirety.
b) Within these Host Terms, individuals who are Clients acting as hosts, allowing their property to be occupied by guests, will be referred to as "Hosts," and individuals staying as guests at such properties will be referred to as "Guests."
c) Our services aim to ensure that the property you make available for guest occupancy ("Property") is adequately prepared for their stay.
d) We reserve the right to modify these Host Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on the website. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. To maintain uninterrupted access to our services, your use of the Site and/or our services signifies your acceptance of the current Host Terms.
a) Upon receiving and accepting a valid Service Request, we commit to providing you, the Host, with requested services, exercising reasonable skill and care, and in compliance with these Host Terms.
b) You can initiate a request for services through the website or by getting in touch with us.
a) To ensure seamless service provision, you agree to:
i) Provide accurate and timely information about the Property, Guests, and any relevant data requested by us, including delivering (a copy of) the Property keys.
ii) Collaborate fully with us to ensure service provision and promptly respond to our requests.
iii) Refrain from soliciting or enticing any Paradise Stays' employees or contractors, including cleaners, during or after accepting these Host Terms.
b) You acknowledge that Paradise Stays is not an insurer and thus you're responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for the Property and its contents.
c) You will indemnify us against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, resulting from your breach of these Host Terms.
a) Invoices will be issued for each Service Request, potentially including services from Third Party Suppliers. Charges must be settled immediately upon invoice receipt and prior to service commencement, using the provided bank details. We retain the right to cancel services if payment is not received before the service starts.
a) If your Client account is terminated in line with the Website Terms, the agreement outlined in these Host Terms will be immediately terminated.
b) Upon account termination, our services will cease immediately.
c) Charges for services rendered up to the termination date become due upon receipt of the final invoice.
a) Both parties warrant their authority to enter into this agreement as outlined in these Host Terms and have obtained any required approvals.
b) If a court declares any provision of these Host Terms invalid, but such provision would be valid with certain omissions, the provision shall apply with necessary omissions to validate it, while the remaining provisions remain intact.
c)These Host Terms are governed by UAE laws and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts, as agreed upon by both parties.
